QuickBooks Time (formerly known as TSheets) is a timesheet tracker that also offers options like employee scheduling and shift scheduling.
This app provides you with features like:
- tracking and approving timesheets using a mobile app
- time kiosk, which allows workers to clock in and out using the same device
- Alerts and approvals
- Paid time off tracker
- Seeing who’s on the clock and where they’re working
With QuickBooks Time, managers can use scheduling options to create and edit shifts for their employees, who get notifications whenever there’s an update. In addition, this tool allows you to create payroll and project reports.
Aside from a free trial version, QuickBooks Time doesn’t have a free plan, but it offers Premium and Elite paid versions. The Premium plan covers features like the mobile app with GPS, streamlined payroll and invoice, time-off management, and many more. Speaking of the Elite plan, some of its options include timesheet signatures and geofencing.
